The Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS) is an accreditation scheme that aims to improve fleet activity and safety, primarily directed towards cyclist however the FORS remit does encompass all road users and pedestrians, starting initially with London, this is now being extended to other areas throughout the United Kingdom. Crossrail are also similarly championing safety, but the objectives go beyond just safety into areas such as the environmental, low emissions, ethereal sourcing. Kay-Metzeler have welcomed these moves and have investments manpower and equipment support the objectives of both FORS and Crossrail initiatives. BBA certification for ALL grades from EPS 70 to EPS 500 including low Lambda EPS 70 and 100
Kay Metzeler have responded to market requests for additional grades to be made available with the appropriate accreditations. We can now announce that Kay Metzeler has certification for White EPS 70 to 500 including the ‘E’ grades, in addition we our Black product Kay-Cel Super Plus in both EPS 70 and 100 are also covered.
As part of our ongoing commitment to BBA, CE marking and 90/90 test we have build a state of the art Testing facility to ensure we maintain the high standards we and the market requires. |
